February 5.2 10.4 16.6
March 3.8 9.1
April 4.4 10.3

October 8.4 11.1
November 8.3 15.0
December 8.5 14.1
The Portland metro area market improved in February compared to a record low January, but remains slow compared with February 2008.  Comparing February 2009 with the same month in 2008, closed sales dropped 38.1%.  Pending sales also fell 30.5%.  New listings decreased 19.7%.
On the other hand, when comparing February 2009 with January 2009, closed sales grew 17.1% (857 v. 732) and pending sales were up 3.3% (1,276 v. 1,235).  New listings, on the other hand, dropped 17.3% (3,471 v. 4,196).

A Little bit about Imagine Your Reality Coaching

December 4, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Hello,

I run Imagine Your Reality Coaching, and specialize in creativity and marketing coaching. I help writers get published and small businesses achieve clarity with their goals and clients. As a writing coach, my goal is to help you write your book, find a publisher, and then market it to your audience. As a business coach my goal is to help you assess your strengths and weaknesses in your business and then develop a consistent and incremental plan of action that allows you to grow your business without feeling overwhelmed by everything you think you might need to do.

For more information about me you can visit my newsletter or my website.

I am also a public speaker. I do engagements for i take the lead and other networking events. Additionally I offer teleclasses on how to market and publish your book as well as how to build your business in nine easy steps.

I am offering several free presentations on social networking and how to use podcasts for i take the lead. If you go to the events page, you can find out where and when I’m speaking next.

I will be presenting a workshop on how to use Linkedin and Biznik and Delicious and other forms of social online networking on Dec 15th at USquared, located at 1562 SE Tacoma St, Portland, OR 97202. The entire event will be occurring between 6:30 and 8:30

To get full details about the event please visit meoutloud.

I will also be offering complementary teleclasses in December on how to publish your book and Goal Setting for your business. For more information about those classes, please visit my workshops page, on my website.

This week’s perfect patient

November 20, 2008 · Leave a Comment

We all know someone (or maybe it’s you?) who was walking down the sidewalk, covered in leaves/ice/oil slicks and slipped.
There’s that moment of hesitation…time comes to a stop…you’re flying…
Then the impact.
Oooohh…did anyone see me?
Somehow, you managed to get up, maybe you didn’t break anything, but now, two days later, and you’re sore.

Very, very sore.
So sore and stiff you think a trip to the doctor is a good idea.

That’s who I’m looking for!
I listen to your story, appreciate your pain, then do a thorough examination to rule out the big problems and help you identify those other nagging problems.  (You’ve sprained that ankle how many times?)  For treatment, I adjust your spine to restore it’s motion, then use my laser to help relieve the pain and get that nasty bruise (more than one?) to go away faster.  While we’re at it, I also apply my skills with instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation to take care of that nagging wrist injury from typing too long and too hard.

Sound like you or someone you know?
Then send them to me!

I’m Dr. Noel Snodgrass, Chiropractic Physician, and I straighten people out.
